Dr. Braden O’Dell takes a fascial-focused approach to care, emphasizing how connective tissue and movement patterns influence pain and function. He is actively training in advanced fascial-based treatment methods, including the Stecco Fascial Manipulation® methodology, and draws on fascia research from leaders such as Robert Schleip.

His approach combines hands-on soft tissue work with chiropractic adjustments, when appropriate, to support and enhance overall outcomes. It focuses on how different parts of the body are working together and where movement may be limited or under strain. He also has particular experience working with the rib cage, an area that can be difficult to treat and is often overlooked in traditional approaches. Care is adapted to the individual, with options for both traditional and gentle techniques depending on comfort and preference.

Dr. Braden graduated Summa Cum Laude with High Honors from the University of Western States and holds degrees in Human Biology and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

Dr. Braden takes time to listen and understand what each patient is experiencing. He works with patients to make sense of their symptoms and what may be contributing to them, so they feel more confident in their care and the direction they’re going. His goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.
